What It Protects
High-gloss lacquered furniture and cabinetry Flat-screen TVs and monitor screens – prevents bubble wrap suction marks Polished stone, marble counter tops, and granite surfaces Leather sofas and upholstered furniture Fine glassware and crystal Framed artworks – contact layer before bubble wrap Stacked items in storage – prevents surface-to-surface friction over time
MICROFOAM vs BUBBLE WRAP
Bubble wrap can leave circular impressions on high-gloss lacquered surfaces and soft leather when pressed for extended periods – particularly during long moves or storage. Surface protection foam provides a smooth, even cushioning layer that conforms to surfaces without leaving marks. Use foam padding as the inner contact layer and bubble wrap as the outer protective layer for the best result.
Tip: Always use microfoam between stacked marble or stone surfaces – never allow polished stone to contact stone directly.
